Privacy Policy
Placeholder — Replace before production. This document is a structural starting point, not legal advice. Have your own counsel review and replace it before serving real users.
What this sample app stores
When you sign in to the public sample app with Google, we store the account email, display name, and avatar URL that Google provides. They are used for authentication and for showing who did what inside your sample workspace — nothing else.
Sample workspace content
Projects, tasks, files, and other records you create in the sample app are sample data inside your own workspace. Other visitors cannot see them. The current repository does not ship an automated workspace cleanup route or deployment schedule. Do not rely on automatic deletion and do not enter real or sensitive data.
What we do not do
- We do not sell or share visitor information.
- We do not use sign-in details for marketing.
- We do not expose your email to other visitors; admin demo views show masked addresses only.
Data removal
Automatic workspace deletion is not currently configured. To request removal, use the contact page. Operators must define and verify a retention process before using this placeholder in production.

For kit buyers
Sections you must rewrite for your own product: data categories, processors and subprocessors, retention schedules, regional rights (GDPR/CCPA or others that apply to you), and your contact details.
