What this sample app stores

When you sign in to the public sample app with Google, we store the account email, display name, and avatar URL that Google provides. They are used for authentication and for showing who did what inside your sample workspace — nothing else.

Sample workspace content

Projects, tasks, files, and other records you create in the sample app are sample data inside your own workspace. Other visitors cannot see them. Workspaces inactive for 24 hours are removed by the nightly reset, and protected seed accounts are restored to their seed state.

What we do not do

• We do not sell or share visitor information.
• We do not use sign-in details for marketing.
• We do not expose your email to other visitors; admin demo views show masked addresses only.

Data removal

The nightly reset removes visitor workspaces automatically. To request earlier removal, use the contact page.
