Single license terms, the planned Agency tier, and the one refund sentence

The license terms for the Buildgrain SaaS Web Kit, published before launch so you can evaluate them the same way you evaluate the code. Nothing is for sale on this demo — No checkout exists here — but the terms you would buy under should not be a surprise revealed at the last step.

One developer builds with it, on as many projects as they want. Updates arrive as tagged builds through repo access for 12 months from purchase. Your clone of the repository stays yours — an update window ending never takes away code you already have.
Agency tier
Planned — not yet purchasable. An agency tier (multiple developer seats, client-project delivery terms) is on the roadmap, but its terms are not final and you cannot buy it today. We would rather say that plainly than sell a placeholder. When the terms are locked, they will be published on this page before the tier opens — if you need agency terms now, this kit is not ready for you yet.
Refunds
The whole policy is one sentence with one timeline:
Repo access doesn't close your refund window — 14 days after v1.0, no questions.
There is deliberately no second version of this sentence anywhere — no fine-print variant, no carve-out for "you already saw the code." Reading the source is the point of this product; punishing you for it with a voided refund would contradict everything else on this site.
After the 12 months
Honest status: what a renewal costs after the 12 months of updates is not locked yet. What is locked: your license to the code you have is perpetual — if you never renew, everything you cloned and shipped keeps working and stays yours. Only the stream of new tagged builds ends. Renewal terms will be written here before anyone is asked to pay them.
